The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
11.1 Suspension by 777wt

11.2 Funds Upon Suspension
Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct, funds may be frozen pending investigation. 777wt is not obligated to return funds where investigation reveals a breach of these Terms. Real Funds deposited in good faith by users whose accounts are closed for reasons unconnected to misconduct will be returned subject to completed KYC verification.
11.3 Voluntary Closure
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Before submitting a closure request, users should withdraw any Real Funds balance. 777wt recommends using the self-exclusion tool as a first step for users whose closure request is motivated by gambling-related concerns.
